The house

This new house was built with comfort, peace and security in mind. It faces the sunrise and moonrise. The deck takes you to within 20 feet of high tide!

Size: 26' x 26', on three levels - almost 2000 square feet!
Air conditioning and ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms.
Heated floors on lower level and in main bathroom.
Two outdoor showers.
Washer and dryer; linens and towels provided.
Telephone - use calling cards or pre-paid phone card for long distance calls.
Smoke free and pet free.

Heated floors and a Vermont Casting propane fireplace ensure a warm and cosy interior.

Open plan living/dining area with color satellite TV, DVD and VCR, glass-front propane fireplace.

You can spend hours enjoying the ever-changing interplay of light, wind and water, whatever the weather.

A fully-equipped kitchen with a 180-degree view makes cooking easy and fun, and the barbeque gives that essential vacation flavour to fish, steak, chicken, burgers, Lunenburg sausage, ribs, chops, and sweet corn.

Fresh ingredients may be found at the Organic Farmers' Market in Mahone Bay (Friday morning year-round), and the Farmers' Markets in Lunenburg (Thursdays in the summer), Chester Basin (Saturdays year-round) and Hubbards (Saturdays) as well as at nearby supermarkets.

Master Bedroom on second storey with queen size bed, ensuite toilet and sink, and large windows facing the ocean.

Second queen bedroom upstairs with ensuite toilet and sink, and large windows overlooking the water.

Third bedroom with twin beds and 3-piece bath - and those lovely heated floors - on lower level.

Two-person thermal masseur tub (uses hygienic hot air to massage) with ocean view in main floor bath, plus toilet and basin.

Custom kitchen with ash and cherry cupboards, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher.

White ash hardwood floor and magnificent staircase, ceramic tile in kitchen and baths.

And to top it all off, there's an outdoor hot tub beside the shore -- lovely during daylight hours and magical at night, especially for star gazers.
