Our seaside vacation home is situated on the peninsula portion of a private property. Seven hundred feet of oceanfront wraps around the east and south sides of the point and house, affording a 270-degree water view of the protected tidal bay. One can spend hours watching the shorebirds and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
The
shoreline is a combination of beach grasses, seaweeds, rocks and
tidal flats which we have chosen to preserve as a natural environment
for flora and fauna. Behind the house is a hardwood stand of predominantly
oak and poplar. Apple trees, grassy knolls with young pines and
the long winding driveway are the only hints that remain of the
two original homesteads.

To help our guests enjoy this peaceful environment,
the house has a large, custom-built multi-level front deck
with trellis, picnic table, benches and propane barbeque.
A canoe is available to help you explore the shoreline from the water, as well as two bicycles for heading down the trail or along the picturesque sideroads of the area.
And
the pièce de resistance: the
outdoor hot tub from which you can enjoy the daytime view
or gaze at the stars in total bliss.
